       The importance of long-term energy storage is increasingly highlighted under the wave of global energy transformation. Data shows that the market size of all-vanadium flow batteries is expected to reach 8.5 billion yuan in 2025 and will exceed 

30 billion yuan in 2030, with an average annual compound growth rate of more than 30%, becoming the fastest-growing sub-segment in the electrochemical energy storage field.


      Behind this growth are the dual drives of policy and market. The country's "14th Five-Year Plan" for the Development of New Energy Storage clearly lists all-vanadium flow batteries as a key research and development direction, requiring that the 

proportion of long-term energy storage installed capacity be increased to more than 20% by 2030; local governments accelerate the implementation of pilot projects through policies such as electricity price subsidies and green channels for projects,

 with as many as 16 100-megawatt-level projects registered in 2023 alone.

        Meanwhile, technological breakthroughs continue to lower the threshold of application. The 2024 annual electricity cost has dropped to 0.35-0.45 yuan, a 55% decrease from 2020; the domestic content of core materials has reached 78%; the energy conversion efficiency has increased to 75%-80%; and the cycle life has exceeded 20,000 times, enabling vanadium redox flow batteries to penetrate across the power generation side, the power grid side, and the user side.

      Based on the technical system of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, and in conjunction with universities such as Sichuan University of Light Industry and Technology, we have built research laboratories to overcome multiple core technological barriers. We have independently developed optimized fuel cell structures and electrolyte flow designs, adopting key materials such as proton exchange membranes and graphite felts, achieving industry-leading levels of over 72 hours of long-term energy storage and a system efficiency of over 85%, with a cycle life exceeding 20,000 times.

 Scenario implementation, empowering the entire energy field:

      In the field of large-scale energy storage, we have served multiple large projects of central enterprises, providing stable energy storage support for wind and solar power integrated projects; we have launched the country's first all-vanadium flow battery residential energy storage product, achieving 24-hour green power supply through intelligent energy controllers; we have made an appearance at the Bangkok Smart Technology Exhibition, bringing integrated photovoltaic, energy storage, and charging technology to the Southeast Asian market, and contributing to the global zero-carbon goal.
