The Municipal Science and Technology Bureau and the Municipal People's Congress have visited and inspected Huashen Group successively, injecting confidence into the development of the energy storage industry.

      On December 25th and 26th, Hualu Group successively welcomed visits from the Science and Technology Bureau of Luzhou City and City People's Congress inspection team. During the two-day inspection, the Group made special reports on core technology research and development and overall business development respectively, and had in- and pragmatic exchanges with the inspection team, showcasing the company's solid accumulation and clear planning in the field of new energy storage.

      On December 25th, the city science and technology bureau inspection team visited Hualu Group first. This inspection focused on the innovation and industrialization of cutting-edge energy storage technology. The group's technical minister received and made a detailed report throughout the process. In the group's research and development center and production workshop the inspection team focused on understanding the research and development progress and practical application of Huashen Group's all-vanadium flow battery technology. 

      The Minister of Technology introduced that the Group has successfully built a complete technical chain and industrial chain closed loop from vanadium ore resources, electrolyte, fuel cell manufacturing to system integration through continuous investment, forming significant technical characteristics. What is particularly critical is that the all-vanadium flow battery adopts an aqueous electrolyte, and its working principle fundamentally avoids the risk of combustion explosion, and has the recognized "inherent safety" characteristics, and this advantage perfectly meets the current large-scale energy storage's requirements for safety. In terms of actual performance indicators, the Group's products have achieved more than 72 hours of long-term energy storage capability, more than20,000 cycles of service life, and a system efficiency of more than 85%, and many data are at the forefront of the industry. At present the technology has been successfully applied to many scenarios such as peak regulation on the grid side, smooth output of renewable energy power stations, and "source network load storage" integration in industrial, providing reliable solutions for energy stability and green transformation.

      The visiting delegation from the Municipal Science and Technology Bureau highly praised Huashu's achievements in the layout of independent intellectual property rights (more than 3 national invention patents have been obtained) and the integration of industry, education, and research, and exchanged views on the direction of technical breakthroughs and the construction of a talent ladder for and development.

      On December 26th, a delegation from the municipal people's congress visited Hualu Group with the aim of understanding the enterprise's business performance industrial layout, and future development plans at a macro level.

      General Manager Hu Xiaoping presided over the reception and gave a comprehensive introduction of the company's profile. The report pointed out that Hualu Group, based in Luzhou, Sichuan, has established its global operation and R&D headquarters there, and has strategically deployed an assembly operation center in Hainan to rad the South China market; at the same time, the construction of a large-scale manufacturing base in Qitai County, Xinjiang, aims at the huge demand for new matching energy storage in the northwest region. This industrial layout of "based in Chongqing and radiating the whole country" reflects the company's long-term development strategy On the operational level, the group has established a solid cooperative relationship with several large state-owned energy enterprises, jointly promoting the implementation of energy storage projects. Faced with future, the group has set clear stage goals: it plans to achieve the large-scale commercial production of vanadium redox flow battery systems by 2026, and to expand application scenarios, pursuing higher-level development in the capital market.

      The general manager also candidly exchanged views on the challenges faced by the enterprise in market development, cost control and policy docking. The city's NPC team listened carefully to the report, expressed affirmation for the performance of the enterprise, and encouraged the company to firmly develop confidence, seize the opportunities of "double carbon" strategy, inject green power into high-quality development of local economy.

      The two-day intensive inspection not only reflects the local government's emphasis and care for Huarong Group as a local energy storage technology enterprise, also completes a comprehensive review of the company in the two dimensions of "technological innovation" and "market operation".
