      On January 12, 2026, in the Hualu Group industrial park, the construction of the vanadium redox flow battery energy system verification test platform officially broke ground, marking a key step in Huasu Group's transition to green energy and building a solid bridge from technology research and development to commercial.

      As the core base for enterprise R&D and innovation, Hualu Group Industrial Park is building a complete industrial verification chain around vanadium redox flow. The verification and testing platform that broke ground this time will be built into a comprehensive experimental base that integrates stack testing, electrolyte verification, system integration, and intelligent control

      The core function of the platform is to simulate diverse environments, conducting comprehensive tests and validations on various performance indicators of vanadium redox flow battery systems. includes simulations under different climatic conditions, load characteristics, and operating modes, ensuring the technology's broad applicability.

      Of particular note, Hualu's independently developed all-vanadium flow battery has achieved technological breakthroughs with over 72-hour long- energy storage, a cycle life of over 20,000 times, and a system efficiency of over 85%. The verification platform will provide rigorous industrial verification these technological achievements.

      The platform will simulate the application environment of energy storage on the power grid side, verify the performance of all-vanadium flow batteries in terms of peak shaving renewable energy consumption, etc., and lay a technical foundation for future participation in grid services.

      In the future, the mature energy storage solution will be promoted to scenarios with high security requirements such as industrial electricity, data centers, communication base stations, etc, to fully play the safety advantages and long-life characteristics of all-vanadium flow batteries. Huasu will also explore the application potential of all-vanadium flow batteries new fields such as microgrids and off-grid power supply, and expand the market boundary of technology.
